The Beinarts bronze sculpture making process

Step 1. Model making:

We are adept enlargements in the traditional methods of model making, for special project we make 3-D enlargements as well.

Step 2. Mold making:

Our experts can mold sculptures in any size with any surface detail. They design in any material to fit the needs and requirements of sculpture and have made all successful molds.

Step 3. Wax casting:

The wax model can be casted from the mold. To ensure the wax is complete our technicians have to repair a seam where the models join, and just make the wax model no flaws.

Step 4. Sand casting:

The sand casting can capture incredible texture details of sculpture which creator wanted to show the technique and content of the work.

Step 5. Bronze casting:

The wax inside the mold now has to be heated and removed to allow the liquid bronze can be poured. Bronze is heated to 1300c and then poured into the mold.  The liquid bronze can just be seen in the mold which will be left for 24 hours to cool. Patience is required to protect the process.

Step 6. Work fabricating:

In this step, our experts through combination、splicing、adjustment、repair、sanding and surface blasting, with the greatest ability to recover the sculpture and meet the form requirements of the artist.

Step 7. Surface treatment:

The beinarts has experienced and dedicated staff who will work closely with the artist to find or develop the right finish, color and texture for each work. We can cover in all aspects of brush plating, patina, painting, modern coatings and wax.

Step 8. Installation:

We use the most experienced art handlers who expertly and carefully operate your work for safe transport to its intended site for installation. The utmost consideration is given to the safety and longevity of the piece
